(Considering the items were personalized this is very good going, and unusual!) My parcel arrived beautifully and securely packaged, so much so that I didn’t open them before I gave the gift so as not to spoil the effect. A gorgeous set

This set is gorgeous. I can’t wait to give it to my husband for his camping trips. I’m about to order another cup for our new addition puppy. (He won’t be drinking hot chocolate though). Tristan kept me informed throughout the process. Great service.
