Thank you for the reccomendation of this blend for my Moka pot! Smells amazing, grinds well and tastes smooth, just bitter enough for me. Delicious, and will be buying again. So good to be buying my beans locally.

Very difficult, if not impossible, to pause your coffee subscription

Avoid signing up to a coffee subscription, or you're signed up for life!!!! Communication with this company is very difficult; I sent an email on Sunday for help on pausing my subscription for a few weeks; and so far no response. All I need is a little support from their team to explain the process in the app! I can’t find a cancel or pause coffee subscription. Meanwhile, I get 3 or 4 requests to fill in a customer feedback form 🤯
