This coffee is fantastic i have tried many other brands over the last 2 years and this is my favourite all my friends that visit always comment how nice it is.

Go-to espresso blend

Tried this and liked it so much I got it on subscription as the go-to blend for my daily espresso. I've found it shines in shorter milky drinks. A previous review noted sourness when using Nota with a Bambino Plus machine. I have the same machine and, having read that review, was able to avoid any sourness by increasing the extraction time. As with most specialty coffee the roast is slightly lighter than what passes for a medium/dark roast in the supermarket, so a higher brew temperature or extraction time helps if you're switching from one of those.
