My all time favorite metal pickup!

The greatest metal pickup by far. The bridge humbucker setting is closer to your traditional high-gain sound. These give me everything I like about active pickups but with way more clarity. The split-coil setting sounds super scratchy and feels more djenty, so it’s fun to switch between the two; it gives you more options. Fishmans have different voices, but anytime I’ve used a guitar with Fishmans, there’s only like one usable voice, so they don’t feel as versatile in practice. I did an A/B test with these pickups and a bunch of other guitars playing the exact same riff. These completely crushed all of them. I put these in a Schecter Banshee Elite 8-string. It completely rips.

The Ultimate Clarity for 8-String Guitars!

I’ve tried many pickups, but the Lundgren M8 is on another level. The definition and clarity are insane—even with heavy distortion, every note in a complex chord rings out perfectly. It’s punchy, tight, and has that aggressive growl without any "mud" on the low strings. If you want your 8-string to sound massive and articulate, this is the one. Also, the customer service from Johan is top-notch. Highly recommended!

It works great!

It even exceeded my expectations, I don't need to tweak amps that much anymore to get some good tones, it's pretty much plug and play and it can take a huge amount of high-end without it sounding harsh.
