Chewable Enzymes
I have both chewable & the regular enzymes, & I switch off & on with each of them. I think the chewable are just as good as the capsules, if not better like Dr Myers said. They start working as soon as you chew them, where the capsules take a lot longer to break apart & start working.

Convenient and pleasant flavor
Since they are chewable, no water is needed, and less time is needed for them to get working compared to the capsules. They have a nice, not overpowering cherry flavor and dissolve quickly once mostly chewed up, not leaving a long lasting taste or gritty feeling in the mouth.
