Collagen Protein - Type 1 & 3 Collagen

Easy was to get additional protein and hopefully help with joint health. I am an endurance athlete who follows the Myers way and I add the college daily to my protein shake.

Easy Addition to my Health

As an active senior woman, I was glad to have taken a chance on AM/MD Collagen Protein. It's easy to take, and though I've only been using it for less than a week, I'm hoping to experience noticeable improvement! The price seems fair, and the product is easy to take in water, tea, juice, or any other liquid. I have a little stirring gadget that helps the product melt into the liquid more quickly and without lumps.

This collagen makes a difference in how I look and feel. I have tried other products but this one is my favorite.
