I regret purchasing this Moonlit kit. Troubleshooting by swapping between the kit and my OEM setup points to a faulty ribbon cable. The kit also arrived without the advertised B-7000 adhesive. Moonlit offered replacements but has neither confirmed shipment nor responded to my last message. My experience with their customer service has been horrible. It feels like they took my money and moved on. They have shown little interest in standing behind their product or helping their customers.

worked as described, fun little project to do and revived an old ipod instead of buying something new that didn't do what I wanted anyways.

The top push down button on the left side broke on mine after a week. I took it back apart and the solder joint popped off. Also before that happened the Bluetooth paired with my AirPods and only plays static noise. Not sure what the deal is but don’t recommend.
