Wrong order

I received someone else's order 2 months ago by mistake. The succulents were in great shape and beautiful but not what I ordered or paid for. Matter of fact, what I paid for was more expensive than what I received. I have been trying to rectify via emails but to no avail.

Plants Alive.

Received the cuttings, all were in great shape and the selection was great. Since the ends were calloused already I was able to plant them immediately. This is the second year I ordered from this company because of the excellent quality of their plants and cuttings.
