Great Biscuits but Packaging Needs to Be Addresses

We've ordered from Bubba Rose in the past and were very happy with our order. However, this time nearly 20 biscuits out of the 60 we ordered arrived broken. It was very disappointing that nearly 1/3 of our order arrived broken. The packaging could've been better - it was like many of the biscuits were shoved into a box that didn't make sense for the size of the biscuits. We give these biscuits to our clients as a gift and so it's disappointing when we have to scrap nearly a third of what we ordered.
