Aluminum 1" OD Tubing

Very good, but not swaged

good quality product, nicely packed and quickly shipped. Installation was straightforward. Kept the snow on my roof just as intended this year, and we had quite a bit of it. NOTE: ends of this tubing are not actually swaged. Rather, the tubing is the same diameter along its entire length. But it comes with smaller diameter inserts to bridge gaps from one piece to the next. I was a bit surprised at this given that the title of the product (at least at the time I purchased) was "Aluminum Tubing with Swaged End", and all the info I had read about it before purchase indicated that's what it'd be. There are pros and cons probably to the swaged end vs the inserts so ultimately I am not actually disappointed. Perhaps the inserts are a better method all around.
