Online shopping is sometimes risky. I would have to say, my online purchase with OTAA was probably my best online shopping experience to date. Love their sense of humour and after sales service. Their website is well designed and easy to navigate, the payment methods were easy, the shipping was speedy and the product itself was so beautifully wrapped and presented. The unwrapping was an experience in itself! The anticipation was building...’what is this tie really like?’ I couldn’t believe it - as soon as I saw it I could see I had serious quality in my hands. The fabric is top quality. I examined it ...waiting for some form of disappointment. I carefully inspected the stitching...couldn’t fault it! I realised with sheer pleasure and delight, my son was going to be wearing the hottest tie at the formal. I was so excited. When my son got dressed for the night and handed me his OTAA tie to put on him - I was so proud. It was a ceremonious moment. A mother proudly putting the finishing piece on her child who was becoming a man. I know it sounds over the top - but in that moment I was in one of the happiest moments of being a mum. Off he went in his gorgeous black skinny tie from OTAA and knew he would be the most handsome young man in the room. Thank you OTAA. You guys rock!

Those delivery pigeons are fast!!!
Best delivery I ever got. The cards and the box was just a class of its own. The ties and bow tie has a really good feel about it. Only thing missing is a dinner vouchers to wear them at. :)
