This is a resource for learning music theory with an aural component that follows current best practice according to the principles of Kodaly music education. It is well laid out and attractively presented. I am using it with all my students in the 6 to 9 years age group and they love it, plus the parents do too! I am a Suzuki method violin teacher.

Its Amazing theory book for young leaners

Its such an amazing and structured theory book. Its easy to follow for non music back ground parents. Its mush have items for young music leaners to begin with.

Fantastic Set of 3 Workbooks!

I've taught Piano students for over 23 years. Getting students to complete theory homework was always a challenge and Aural Tests an area they lacked confidence in, but this totally changed once I began using this Set of 3 Workbooks for ALL my Piano Students, (from very youngest to adult aged). Everyone thoroughly enjoys covering Aural & Theory content now because basic topics to AMEB Grade 1 level are set out in such a 'fun and easy-to-understand' way (kids especially love reaching an activity which requires use of stickers provided). Everyone keenly looks forward to their monthly "Bumblebees Theory Day" (whole lesson devoted to Aural & Theory) and my student's are now the one's asking me to give them more! The enormous benefit of utilising these books was seen last year when access to AMEB Online Theory Course was offered free - students made the progression into AMEB Theory Grade 1 smoothly and even those as young as 7 were blitzing the Grade 1 Topic Tests! From a teacher's perspective I cannot thank you enough - from my student's perspective, you have made attending Piano Lessons even more fun and learning Aural & Theory sooo much easier!!!
