Almost has a cooling effect. It's a small jar, but you need VERY little. I'm using this with the other skin care products and I really love them all.

Just started using the eye serum. So far I like it, but too soon for me to give full review. Have been using Weir’s skin creams for a long time and so far have loved all products!
