Works great with 5mm Japanese irons

This is wonderful thread and the twist stays tight even with a long stitching run. I prefer lightly running it through the wax block, but it stitches very well without it…just a personal preference (mostly a force of habit). I’ve used the .6mm with the 3.85mm Japanese irons (I don’t have the 4mm yet), but I really like this thread with the 5mm irons. I haven’t had a chance to do a tensile test, but this thread appears very strong and I haven’t been able to break it even when applying a lot of tension.
