out of 100 - 3 had glue holding the flags

I always have great experiences with everything that I have purchased, except these flags. 3 flags out of 100 had any glue on them to hold the flag on. We give these out to kids at the race track and I had to tape the 97 that did not have glue. I hope you will contact the manufacturer and let them know. I always purchase the other Thin Blue Line flags but could not get them in time for our event so I had to settle for these. I will go back to the others on my next order. I have never had an issue with them.
