Stressful
I made a simple mistake and I was forced to keep covers the wrong size, then when I placed a replacement order, it too weeks to arrive. I will pay extra next time for better customer service.

Unfortunate
I accidentally placed an order for the wrong size item and the company would not accept the exchange, even though the policy said they would accept items with a restocking fee. I felt like since I selected an item based on a size option from your website that it should not be considered a custom item. I will look for another company in the future.
