This is exactly what I needed to do the job of removing air bubbles from my chocolate.

The table works GREAT. I recently used it for 35 moulds and had almost no bubbles in my bonbon shells. The one downside is I thought the grid would be useful for emptying the moulds, but it made a mess and the chocolate solidified too thickly on the grids. I won't use the grid, but I absolutely will use the table for removing bubbles. :)
