Good product but not bad customer service.

The item was good but I purchased other products with it since there was a special promotion at the time and I was supposed to receive an extra bottle of each item but I never received them. I sent an email to the provider of the products and was told it would be fixed and that I the other products would be sent but never received them or heard back. So therefore, I will not order again or recommend to anyone.
