I accidentally ordered my earring to thick. As soon as I received it I tried to exchange it for the right size, I wasn’t even asking for a refund just an exchange and my request was rejected because I took it out of the sealed bag it came in. The email they sent was short, blunt and rude. Never buying from this store again. I understand them holding on to their money and not wanting to give back a refund, but exchanges with items that aren’t used shouldn’t be a problem, the earring is too expensive not to offer that!! Now it’ll sit in the box it came in as a reminder to be careful where I purchase my jewelry next time.
