Good Boots

I am tough on boots. PVC and cheap rubber boots last a month at most. I had one pair that lasted two days. I stopped buying cheap boots. Muck boots last a long time, but I slip on snow and wet ground. Also, the neoprene liner tears up in prickers on the tall boots. I am afraid to try some other solid looking boots like Hunter or LaCrosse because they are so expensive. The TREDS Steel-Toe Rubber Boot, Polyurethane lasted about a year and a half. They started to leak through the soles. I could not patch them. I tried. They do not slip, and the price is reasonable.
