Memory Poem - 26cm x 26cm or 45cm x 45xcm - Personalised Cushion

This was for my mum and when she received it she cried for like 20 minutes and wouldnt let it go. Of all of the presents i bought my mum (some over £100) this was her favourite by far and it is currently pride of place on her bed.
