They came brand new. Excellent packaging. They are very easy to apply. Came as described. I blow dried my own hair and then just clipped them in and went. They do not feel heavy. The clips work well. I’ve only used them once but so far so good. I definitely like this better than the 2 pony-tail extensions that I purchased. The pony tails are not easy to use because the Velcro system doesn’t work and they’re heavier.
