My kitties now have a bag each and although they alternate which one they sleep in at least one is not out in the cold. Can't believe how much warmth they generate.

Extremely happy wit purchase

The supplier has extremely bad reviews which I saw after I placed my order as I could no longer access the website or their email.....despite this I did receive the product,I wasn't hopeful...but really happy wit the quality,cat loves her new bed ...my apologies.possibly sort out issues with your website and contact with customer service...it definitely makes customers steer clear.
