I love your products - excellent quality and well designed. I was very disappointed however to have pay customs charges when the parcel arrived in the UK. Some of these but not all were refunded but I still ended up paying an extra £20. I would have willingly paid this had it been explained that the charges would be made but it was totally unexpected and reduced my pleasure in the items.
