I placed an order for the Everring Premium wreath and it arrived exactly as I asked for including all the custom details. It is perfect and smells wonderful. Jung was a delight to work with and offered some great suggestions. I highly recommend Pacific Garland!

My first order with Pacific Garland

What a pleasant experience! My daughter-in-law lives in Portland and it was nearing her birthday. I live in Michigan so decided to find a florist near her and have flowers sent. My search lead me to Pacific Garland; what a surprise to find they are just down the street from my family! I looked at reviews and there were many great comments about their products. And there were also many about their service and especially about Jung, designer and owner. Words like "great to work with", "did just what I wanted", "made suggestions that helped me decide". This wasn't the flower idea I had in mind but this could be fun. My son and family moved into their house a few months prior and renovation had kept them very busy. I actually hoped Jackie hadn't had time to notice Pacific Garland so this could add some mystery. I would choose a wreath and tell Jackie, "To get your gift from me you'll need to go for a walk in your neighborhood." I would include the address and tell her, "The lady that answers the door will give you your gift." I asked Jung if she would mind being a part of this plan. I think she liked the novelty of meeting a neighbor in this way and getting to hand her one of her creations as a gift. I would like to say this all worked out as planned. It didn't. An email from Jung's husband the next day told me Jackie hadn't come; the wreath would be in their cooler. I had to call my daughter-in-law to tell her what I'd planned. I found out I had forgotten to include the address when I emailed instructions to her! She had no idea what her destination was! Jackie did get her lovely wreath (she sent a picture) and described Jung as a super nice person. The reviews were true; just as I hoped. Thank you Jung and Steve for going that extra mile!
