Comfortable gloves but durability issues

The Fumetsu Ghost S3 16oz gloves arrived quickly and at first looked and felt great — comfortable fit and nice design. However, after only 4 training sessions the stitching started to come apart in the area where the thumb meets the fingers. This is happening on both gloves, which is disappointing. I’m not sure if this is just a one-off defect or a sign of a wider durability issue.
