Eggbeater 3 Clip-In Pedals

Have ridden Eggbeaters for decades and was reminded why in my last race. It was muddy, a guy in front of me had SPD's and they got all gunked up - he had to stop and grab a stick and dig around to make them work. The bottom of my shoes were all caked solid, but the cleat to pedal contact still worked flawlessly! (we have two tandems, 3 mnt bikes, that use them!)

Eggbeater 3 Clip-In Pedals are the near perfect connection between me and my bike. I have used many different XC/CX pedals and have found that most of them will not release consistently when mud or sand grit gets on them. Eggbeater 3 Pedals release the same every time whether it is a freezing muddy CX course or a dusty desert odyssey.

Love them like all my other Crank Brother pedals. Do wish they came with the option of the longer spindles.
