Many protein supplements leave me full and/or bloated… Rule1 is easy on my gut and never leaves me feeling like I have a rock in my stomach. One of the best I have tried ever.

I’ve had issues with whey proteins and even egg white proteins causing me to bloat and feel uncomfortable. This protein is smooth and doesn’t cause me any discomfort. It’s delicious! It gets super foamy after shaking, but after settling for 2 minutes, it’s ready to drink!

Clear Protein is where it's at!

If you havent tried clear protein, you need to. It is so refreshing and great as an afternoon refresher on a hot day. I've been swapping out my afternoon iced protein coffee for clear protein mixed with sparkling water. Although the clear protein doesn't have caffeine, I don't find myself missing it. The electrolytes and BCAAs are an added benefit. I've tried 3 clear protein brands and this is by far my favorite and has the best macros!
