A real special piece
decided to uGorgeous jewellery. Initially bought the gold vermeil option butpgrade to solid gold as a real special piece as I loved it so much. Was sent out the wrong length chain but this was quickly dealt with in time for me to wear it for a special occasion. Thank you!
I originally paid with an E gift voucher but that was a faff, was sent to my junk mail and then the voucher didn’t appear to work, and then it did after emailing customer support. Very pleased I could use my nhs discount! I will add to my necklace at Christmas, birthdays etc

I have genuinely never received customer service as good as with Carrie Elizabeth. It’s outstanding, they really do go above and beyond to ensure you’re happy with your purchase and deal with any issues no questions asked. It’s very refreshing, thank you!
