I previously purchased a 10 x 20 EZ pop up tent and I use at as at temporary patio cover in my backyard. We had a severe windy day which caused the canopy to get caught up against my home causing a tear. I called up LA Shop looking for a replacement and I was actually able to speak with a live body and they handled me perfectly. When I received the canopy the material feels stronger than the original canopy top that came with the unit. I was very pleased with there service and product.
