Very Good Product

Very good product at a very good price compared to other vendors I was looking at. This rope light I purchased looks great to where I installed them. Unfortunately I was short one power cord to finish my project but the staff were very helpful in sending me more of what I needed, I must say that early on when trying to get a hold of someone at LAShop for getting additional power cords was an issue, by either waiting on hold for no one to answer, leaving a message with no one calling me back. After leaving an earlier negative review on their poor customer service they finally did call me, I explained why I put the negative review the person that I was talking with indicated they would look into why this happened will see if that has changed.... When I do order again I will see if improvements were made. But again there rope light product was very good and priced right!
