This pole is amazing it was not difficult to assemble together & I was able to use it right away. I do recommend however that if you are starting off as a newbie like myself I found that using non-slip gloves helps tremendously especially getting good grip to start off on those beginner moves! I'd say you have nothing to lose as it is returnable within 30 days so give a try & buy!
