I live in Texas and ordered my daughter's professional saxophone from them that is required by her University's Music Major program. The process was so seamless. (Full transparency, I was kicked out of band in the sixth grade and all of my daughter's previous instruments have been given to her or borrowed from the school, so I didn't know.) As a small business owner myself, I know how expensive orders can seem suspicious in the world we are working in. A couple of days later our pristine, brand-new, in box Yamaha YAS-62 III came in. My daughter was head over heels, and we were also highly impressed. We are so grateful to have found Andy's, and in four years, when she graduates with her Bachelor's in Music Education and starts her Band Directing career, we will most likely buy her a Tenor Saxophone from Andy's as well. If you don't want to be forwarded to a call-center when and if you need to check the status of your order, and you want to know your purchase is supporting a great business, do not bother shopping around, Andy's has the best financing, on the best products, at the best prices.
