I had to make an exchange and was very impressed with the efficiency and sanity of the staff with which I had several phone conversations. They clearly knew the products and were very helpful. As for the product, it was delivered quickly which I appreciated. The material seems thin so time will tell as to durability. I also noticed the stitching was lightweight so again, I'll see about the durability over time.
