Perfect flavor

I had purchased a lemon vinegar while in Ravello Italy and was looking for something with similar ingredients. This was perfect for salads and vegetables and could probably be used on other things. Many vinegars have a strong bite after taste and this is so smooth. Definitely will be purchasing again.

Is unique and appetizing flavor adds umami to cold and hot dishes. Here are some of my favorites: Splashes on red lentil stew, crispy local greens, beets & feta, tuna salads of all sorts, salmon steamed or roasted, oven roasted veggies right out of the oven and cannolinni bean hummus, roasted nuts and more.
