Earthbound® Grounding Pillow Cases

Love Grey pillow cases/cotton cozy feel nice Black is ok, not so nice feel , heavier, feels warmer maybe couple washings will soften. Can silk pillowcases be used over them? Is black case emit stronger,more than 7 %.

Going on week 2 body seems more relaxed and sleeping through the night
