Tie Review

Your ties are superb--always have been when ordering from you. I have two minor problems with my order #PM9214565US on 7/21/2019. Within a couple of minutes of checking my order, I realized I had made a mistake in ordering XL for M7061-9 and notified you that it should have been regular length.. You failed to respond and then sent me an email confirming my original order. Also, there was no pocket square included with TV100-MM.
