Great attachment for MyRack

Force USA MyRack Lat Pull Down Attachment is extremely good value add to MyRack as it enables you to do functional cable movements in less space and cost. I was going for a bigger functional machine but went with this attachment and can do most of exercises on it. You may have to do some exercises with unilateral movement which is fine and may be better choice depending on your fitness goals.
