Spikey Bits $69 Mystery Miniatures Box

Love the Saturnine squad. Just a recommendation for people cominginto the hobby: have a tier list of sorts for easy to more experienced sets.

Totally loved it. As someone who has a bunch if different armies the randomness is nice. Especially formkit bashing. And the magnets and brushes i got were also good quality. So totally Happy and worth the subscription

I tried the Spiky Bits package, and overall I was pretty happy with what I got. For $69, the value was definitely there. The sticker value of everything in the box looked like it came out to around $172, so money-wise it felt like a good deal. The big item was the Corvus Blackstar, and the box also had a brush set, some hobby accessories, a Squad-Marks marker, and some container terrain. The only downside is that usefulness depends on what army you play or collect. I’m mainly working on Grey Knights, so the Corvus Blackstar is cool, but it is not exactly a core Grey Knights item for me. That said, it is still a solid kit and could be useful for another project, trading, selling, or just adding to the hobby backlog. Overall, I would say the package was worth it financially. I got way more value than what I paid, and it was fun opening it up to see what was inside. The real test will be whether next month’s box is just as good, but for this first one, I’d call it a win.
