It doesn't fit my 1977 Pontiac151 Iron Duke (perfectly). SPA doesn't advertise it for that I just wanted to experiment. It's close enough I can fabricate a spacer adapter and make it work though. FYI the 151 has bigger ports than the 153 head....maybe 3/8" in some dimensions. It seems to be a well-designed and quality part. I'm pleased with it. Price was reasonable too.
