Product appears to be watered down. Definitely is a lot thinner than any of my previous purchases. But I guess it still cleans, thus the 3 star rating. However, customer service is nonexistent! I sent an email to customer service and never received a response, however I received no less than 3 emails requesting reviews. They are definitely not interested in acknowledging, addressing nor resolving customer concerns!

Absolutely love this product. Initially used it for just my hair (locs), my partner uses it as body wash as well so I decided to get the larger size. Highly recommend.
