Milk Chocolate Blocks Broc

Bars came broken and not wrapped in individual package.

The chocolate arrived in a bag inside a box. Not individually wrapped. I feel the chocolate was not protected as it should have been. I feel like customer service didn’t listen or understand my concerns. I was told I could not return it for a refund because the box was opened. Well of course it was opened. I expected to see individually wrapped bars not 5 open bars of chocolate in a bag inside a box. Almost $500 for chocolate that I’m not sure is safe to use.
