Fine quality Tartan fleece 1/4 Zip but poor return policy

Actually I purchased 2 of these 1/4 zip pullovers. The exta large was fine for my son my my medium was very oversized I called customer service and was told to return it for exchange for a size small They offered no return free postage even those the article was grossly oversized. The return cost was 18+ dollars and the turn around time was about 2 weeks The quality of the items were excellent as well as the style My only objection was the return policy given that my regular size for the last 35 yrs is medium and this medium was grossly oversize but the exchange size small fits fine I don't think its fair that I had to pay the postage return fee for an item that was not its advertised size and think that I'm due an 18 dollar refund

Fleece Pullover With Royal Stewart Trim
