Mixed Bag; needs improvement

Product overall works pretty well for applying powder sunscreen, foundation etc, but there are two issues with the product design/quality: (1) the cap for the brush doesn't really stay on very well, it fits loosely and doesn't "click" into place so it's not really useful for travel/portability unless you put it in a plastic bag or tape it on (which defeats the purpose), and (2) the brush bristles are too flimsy and tend to get pulled out of the base and spread all over one's face and sink/counter. Definitely not worth $20.

Never Received!

Hello. I purchased this product on July 17th. According to USPS tracking, a shipping label was created on July 19th. However, USPS has not received the item. And, there has been no further shipping activity as of today. I contacted Orglamix via the 'Contact Us' message system. Still have not received any response. What is status of my order? Thank you.
