H@VANA Eau de Parfum Cologne

I initially gave this one star, but have since changed it to 4. I did not like this product at all, however the customer service is outstanding. I received the product quickly, and the return was very easy. Although I didn’t like it, it seems like a lot of people do.

Not as advertised

Severely disappointed in this cologne. Not as advertised. Do you name something Havana after a famous cologne at was extremely successful for another company, it should at least come close to the same aroma.

Too sweet, no staying power

The cologne is much sweeter in smell than the aftershave balm. The vanilla is over powering whereas the tobacco and cocoa are more prevalent in the balm. Customer service replaced it with my requested Oud Noir. I've had numerous compliments. Although, I'd like the Havana to be top quality too.
