Muscle & Joint Balm - Black Pepper, Ginger & Chamomile

I use the balm regularly on an old ankle injury - especially after I have exercised - and it quickly eases any stiffness or soreness. My husband has also used over the last couple of weeks after tweaking his back and it has made such a difference - more effective than the medicated gel he had been using.
