Osteo-K

Improved Z- and T- scores after one year of Osteo-K use!
I have taken Osteo-K every day for the past year and have waited this long to write a review because I wanted to see my new Dexa numbers. Here's my story: in July 2023, at age 45, I requested a Dexa scan due to my mother being diagnosed at age 50 with severe osteoporosis. My Dexa results at 45 indicated severe osteopenia already in my lumbar spine (hip was normal; neck was low-normal). After those results I considered my options - medications, supplements, exercise, or a combination thereof. My mother had been taking Osteo-K for a number of years and felt it was doing her some good, so I immediately started that supplement. I opted to not take meds just yet, and I continued exercising - P90X3 videos 3-4 times per week, and walks every day. I added in some at-home free weight workouts also. But the main difference over the past year was my taking Osteo-K.
Now, July 2024, I went for another Dexa to see where I'm at. I have improved from severe osteopenia to osteopenia in my lumbar spine. Hip remains normal, and neck improved to normal. All of my Z- and T- scores improved by .1 from a year ago. Now, that's not huge, but I consider it a win and I'll take it!
