My beautiful soloist violin arrived exactly how I thought, delicately and carefully wrapped to protect the fine workmanship that it is. The violin is excellent butI I did have some problem with customer service. I had two bows one new and one old, and I needed assistance in distinguishing them but I never had any response to my questions.
