I recently turned in my student violin and traded up to a Kallo Bartok. The difference is like night and day! It makes such sweet sounds, even in the hands of a relative novice player like myself. I was particularly interested in my violin teacher's opinion of the Bartok. She played it and gave it her expert seal of approval.
