Disappointed in Delivery

The vanity is beautifully crafted and arrived in excellent condition due to secure packaging. However, I encountered a problem with the delivery service. Although I was informed I would receive a notification prior to delivery, this did not happen. The delivery was attempted three times while I was unavailable, and the item could not be left without a signature. This communication issue nearly resulted in the vanity being returned. Consequently, I would reconsider purchasing from Chans in the future.

Was very happy with the vanity quality and the delivery was good with no issues. Need another vanity for my second bathroom and will definitely order again.

My order arrived on time and was packed so carefully I was amazed. It actually took some time getting all of the packaging material off, which speaks volumes of the care that it took to protect my vanity. I highly recommend Chans Furniture!
